“The lardy ‘blue’ guy is now up there on the verge of going green!”

I have now completed 6 full months with BMF. I have to say that I'm astonished at the results I've achieved. I hadn't been a complete couch potato for the previous years: I've been rock climbing and hill walking for over 10 years, and did circuit training once or twice a week. However, all this seemed to keep me at a fitness plateau rather than improving things. I'd found a "comfort zone" and stayed there, while my weight crept up.

The BMF trial convinced me that this would be different, and that's exactly how it's turned out. Since starting with BMF my resting heart rate has dropped to 44; my blood pressure from 140/100 to 100/82 and my cholesterol from 5.5 to 3.1. My climbing has improved considerably. I put almost all this down to BMF. I've dropped most of my circuit training in favour of BMF sessions, doing at least 3 a week and sometimes more now, plus a couple of runs with "BMF mates".

I'd like to thank BMF from the bottom of my heart for kick-starting me back into physical fitness. The sorry, lardy old "blue" guy puffing away at the back during my trial is now up there on the verge of going green!
