Membership Terms

1. Definitions

• “Be Military Fit” means BMF Franchising UK Limited (company number 12526341 whose registered office is at 8th Floor, 6 New Street Square, New Fetter Lane, London EC4A 3QA) or any affiliated company.
• “BMF” means the independent business owned and operated by the BMF Franchisee under licence from Be Military Fit.
• “BMF Franchisee, We, Us or Our” means the independent franchisee whose details can be found on your Home Venue webpage.
• “Class” means a group fitness or personal training session delivered by BMF.
• “Home Venue” means the venue or park to which your membership is assigned.
• “Member / You” means an individual with current BMF membership.
• “Member App” means the mobile or online application used by BMF.
• “Website” means WWW.BEMILITARYFIT.COM.

2. Membership

2.1 Membership

2.1.1 Your membership of BMF will start from the date you make a payment to BMF.

2.1.2 Your membership will automatically renew on the same terms unless you suspend, cancel or transfer your membership in accordance with clause 6.

2.1.3 From time to time we may offer discounted types of membership that may be conditional upon certain conditions being satisfied.

2.3 Class Packs

2.3.1 You may purchase class credits for a single class or in packs of 10 classes.

2.3.2 Payment must be made in advance through a credit or debit card.

2.3.3 Validity: 1 month for a single class, 3 months for a pack of 10.

2.3.4 Expired credits cannot be used at a later date.

2.3.5 Class credits are non-transferable and non-refundable.

3. Venues & Classes

3.1 You must book via the Member App/website before attending any class.

3.2 Cancel bookings as soon as possible if unable to attend. Three no-shows without cancelling may result in booking prevention.

3.3 Waiting lists are available on most classes.

3.4 Your membership is assigned to your Home Venue.

4. Timetables

4.1 We may change our class timetable with as much notice as possible. If classes are unavailable at your Home Venue for at least 10 out of 30 calendar days, you may be entitled to a prorated refund.

5. Fees

5.1.1 All members pay a joining fee.

5.1.2 Super Value memberships are paid on the date of joining.

5.1.3 Other memberships: pro-rata for the first partial month, then monthly on the first working day.

5.2.1 Missed payments: three retry attempts at weekly intervals, then suspension.

5.2.3 A £30+VAT admin fee may be charged after 30 days overdue.

5.3.1 At least one calendar month written notice of fee changes. You may cancel within 14 days if the new terms are not agreeable.

6. Suspending, Cancelling & Transferring

Suspending: 1-6 months (lifestyle) or up to 12 months (medical with GP certificate). 7 days' notice required.

Cancelling: Written notice required per your membership type. Notice takes effect from the 1st of the following month. Cancelling your direct debit does not cancel your membership.

Transferring: Membership is personal and non-transferable. You can change your Home Venue at any point.

7. Our Right to Cancel

We may cancel your membership immediately if you breach these terms, put health/safety at risk, allow others to use your membership, or use abusive language/behaviour.

8-12. Additional Terms

Possessions: Brought to the venue at your own risk.

Accidents: Report to the instructor immediately.
