Having got my degree in Sports Science, I then joined the regular Army. Upon being medically discharged, I wanted to go back to my roots and develop my career in the fitness industry. I attained my Level 2 and Level 3 in fitness where I trained a wide variety of people, from putting weight loss programmes together, to training people that wanted to build strength and stamina. Having worked for 2 World Champion power lifters and a 6 time Mr Olympia, my speciality is in strength training, but in the past 5 years I have turned to long distance running having completed 7 marathons myself.
BMF has given me the opportunity to work with some amazing people that not only want to train to improve their physical fitness, but also appreciate the importance of training in a group scenario to support their mental health and wellbeing. As well as taking bootcamp classes, I am a Level 2 football coach and run grass roots football for local kids in the community.
For me fitness is not just a hobby, its a way of life.
