Jay Jones

Jay Jones


Jay was born in Caernarfon, North Wales. He joined the Army at the age of 16. During his 10 years career with the Welsh Guards, he did several tours of duty in Bosnia, Kosovo, and Afghanistan. He was also involved with the ceremonial duties in London such as the Queen’s birthday parade and the royal wedding.

As an award-winning personal trainer, Jay’s enthusiasm is always on show during a BMF class and he loves to work on developing members to achieve their ultimate goals whilst having fun at the same time.
