Sean Vian & Jay Jones

SEAN VIAN (right)
Sean is a former Parachute Regiment Colour Sergeant. He served with both 3 PARA & 1 PARA (SFSG) deploying to numerous conflict zones including N.Ireland, Iraq, and Afghanistan. During his career, Sean was lucky enough to be selected a staff member at the notorious P Coy training & selection course for Parachute Regiment and Airborne Forces. He is also a qualified British Boxing Board of Control (BBBoC) trainer and keen to continue working within the professional sporting world continuing further understanding and knowledge outside of Military-style fitness. Sean is famous for his no-nonsense approach to fitness training.
JAY JONES (left)

Jay was born in Caernarfon, North Wales. He joined the Army at the age of 16. During his 10 years career with the Welsh Guards, he did several tours of duty in Bosnia, Kosovo, and Afghanistan. He was also involved with the ceremonial duties in London such as the Queen’s birthday parade and the royal wedding.

As an award-winning personal trainer, Jay’s enthusiasm is always on show during a BMF class and he loves to work on developing members to achieve their ultimate goals whilst having fun at the same time.
