Personal training

If you're interested in adding some 121 sessions to really push your fitness forward, BMF Personal Trainers provide you with a tailored fitness experience to hit your goals. Our team has a range of experience, with experts in performance training, weight loss, strength training and much more.

We provide assessment and goal setting services to get you on track quickly. We follow this up with testing specific to your targets, helping you keep focused on achieving them.

I’ve been with BMF for 3 years and I have loved every moment of it. I enjoy putting together training sessions that will change you physically and push you to the limits while making sure you have fun and most importantly GET FIT!!

I specialise in strength training but I cover all areas of fitness.

- Level 3 PT for approx 8 years
- class instructor - multiple disciplines - kettlebells, LBT, pump, HITT, body conditioning, abs, circuits, spin, stretch
- Bodybuilders. Gymnasts and athletes. Nutritionists and sports scientists. Working with these people from across the fitness world for over 10 years, I’ve built the knowledge needed to help you achieve various body goals

Chris Devis
Trainer

Having got my degree in Sports Science, I then joined the regular Army. Upon being medically discharged, I wanted to go back to my roots and develop my career in the fitness industry. I attained my Level 2 and Level 3 in fitness where I trained a wide variety of people, from putting weight loss programmes together, to training people that wanted to build strength and stamina. Having worked for 2 World Champion power lifters and a 6 time Mr Olympia, my speciality is in strength training, but in the past 5 years I have turned to long distance running having completed 7 marathons myself.

BMF has given me the opportunity to work with some amazing people that not only want to train to improve their physical fitness, but also appreciate the importance of training in a group scenario to support their mental health and wellbeing. As well as taking bootcamp classes, I am a Level 2 football coach and run grass roots football for local kids in the community.

For me fitness is not just a hobby, its a way of life.
