If you're interested in adding some 121 sessions to really push your fitness forward, BMF Personal Trainers provide you with a tailored fitness experience to hit your goals. Our team has a range of experience, with experts in performance training, weight loss, strength training and much more.

We provide assessment and goal setting services to get you on track quickly. We follow this up with testing specific to your targets, helping you keep focused on achieving them.

Francis Ezie
Trainer

"Learning and giving value back where possible is second nature to me.  Having done a degree in Biomedical science, I embraced the life of fitness when I lost a close family member to cancer and went on to join the Royal Airforce where I worked for 6 and a half years. Whilst there, I competed in the sport of Powerlifting, Athletics (track and fields), and decided I fancied myself as a Bobsleigh athlete - which led to me being selected to take part in an RAF team training camp in Austria in 2018.  After leaving the RAF, I decided to take my passion for fitness a step further and got my REPs level 3 qualification and have worked with a variety of clients since then, taking pride in the fact that I have been able to get them to their goals in as little time as possible without failing.  Personally, I am partial to making fitness fun and enjoyable, training anywhere using minimal equipment." Qualifications: REPs Level 3.  Apprenticeship with world-class coach Ben Prentiss in Stamford, Connecticut.  Poliquin’s System of Metabolic Analytics in Atlanta, Georgia.  Poliquin’s Mastery of Programme Design and Structural Analysis in Prague, Czech Republic.  Poliquin’s Neural Profile Based Programming in Prague, Czech Republic.

Martin Mhende
Trainer

Ex-RAF Reservist. Martin is a level 3 PT with a background in amateur boxing (competing and coaching) which was his initial platform in the health and fitness world. He began competing from a young age and boxed for RAF Northolt's Boxing Club during his military career. He now has a strong focus in military methodology training as well as developing flexibility and mobility through deep stretching. He enjoys combining bodyweight and light-weight exercises to help groups and individuals to strive for their best in health and fitness. "Come rain, sun or snow I am passionate in motivating people to exceed at BMF, the greatest feeling is when it's all done being able to look at your workout buddy and think, yes we did it!”
