CLAPHAM COMMON

BMF Clapham Common has the biggest timetable and the biggest membership base for any outdoor fitness provider in the UK! Members can also use BMF Tooting Common as well which has classes on the days that BMF Clapham Common does not.

TOOTING BEC

BMF Tooting Common is a spacious, open and mainly flat park, boasting scenic green spaces and an additional hilly area for some arduous training! Tooting Common members can also access BMF Clapham Common, which runs classes on the days that BMF Tooting Common does not.

If you're interested in adding some 121 sessions to really push your fitness forward, BMF Personal Trainers provide you with a tailored fitness experience to hit your goals. Our team has a range of experience, with experts in performance training, weight loss, strength training and much more.

We provide assessment and goal setting services to get you on track quickly. We follow this up with testing specific to your targets, helping you keep focused on achieving them.

MEETING POINT:

Please enter through the gate to the athletics track and let the reception know that you're attending a BMF Class.

Follow the path around the back of the building, turn left and then left again where you'll see our BMF meeting point.

Your belongings will be kept securely. There are toilets and showers on site, along with bicycle racks.

There is also free parking in the car park opposite the facility.

Tom Mannings
Trainer

Before joining the military, Tom had been a lifelong keen athlete having competed at the highest level in tennis - achieving a UK Top Ten ranking. He also competed at a high level in various strength and fitness competitions, gaining a World Record in one event along the way. Deciding on a new challenge in life, Tom went into the military. He enjoyed his time there tremendously and achieved the award of PT Superior. Unfortunately, a traumatic injury resulted in an unwanted medical discharge from the service, but this cloud has now proven to have had a silver lining due to all the knowledge gained about rehabilitation, recovering from injury, gaining fitness in more than one way and of course keeping motivation high.   Tom is incredibly passionate about helping other people and always strives to make sure that everybody gets the best out of themselves in every fitness environment and session so that each individual can achieve their goals.
