BMF’s URBAN Training System is situated below the railway arches of Battersea's iconic Power Station. We deliver the ultimate fitness programmes, combining all-round fitness training, heart-rate monitoring, physical challenges, team training, and competition!

Jackson Powell
Trainer

Jackson is an ex-Paratrooper, 3rd Battalion Parachute Regiment. With extensive fitness and personal training knowledge, Jackson has a wealth of experience as a Personal Trainer, both in the civilian and military world. He specialises in training with a military methodology to deliver results-based fitness programmes for all abilities. “I’m passionate about leading cutting-edge fitness sessions for people of all abilities to ensure that everyone gets the most out of their training so you can be the best version of you. I look forward to seeing for a session."

Laura Barrigan
Trainer

Laura is a serving Royal Army Physical Training Corps Instructor working in Central London. Laura has delivered physical training to British Army personnel both in the UK and overseas for the last 8 years. She is also a fully qualified Exercise Rehabilitation Instructor (working with physiotherapists to help injured soldiers) and a Pre and Post Natal Instructor.

Laura's passion for fitness started with a love for cross country before discovering Crossfit and with it a change of direction towards the world of strength and conditioning. Most recently Laura took on the "World's Toughest Row" rowing 3000 miles across the Atlantic Ocean. If she isn't delivering classes, doing one to one session or walking her beloved dogs then she is in the gym either on a rowing machine or lifting heavy things.

Henry Lort
Trainer

Former Royal Marine Commando Physical Training Instructor, with just under 10 years of experience training and maintaining the physical and mental prowess of personnel in one of the worlds most elite military forces. Represented the Royal Marines & Royal Navy in various sports from Rugby and Cricket to Athletics and Triathlon.

I have successfully transitioned into the corporate would but have a real passion for exercise and the importance is has for our health & well being in both a physical and mental capacity. From overcoming various adversities within my military career & personal life I like to impart my knowledge and experience to help others improve and better their lives.

I enjoy challenging myself, pushing my body to its limit, using the commando mindset to focus the mind and energy to achieve success. I continue to share this mindset with others to help aid their personal and training goals.

Level 3 personal trainer, Level 2 Weight lifting instructor and CMI Level 5 coach & mentor.

Trainer

Ex Army Helicopter Engineer, Platoon Sergeant and Army Physical Training Instructor of 10 years. Now studying his Masters of Chiropractic after realising his passion for helping people through exercise and rehabilitation, to get out of pain and pain prevention. Bradley loves to coach and inspire those looking to lead a healthy lifestyle by improving all aspects of their wellbeing, such as strength, fitness, nutrition, sleep, mindset.
