GAZ O'HARDY

A qualified Instructor since the age of 16, with a degree in sports and exercise science. Gaz (left) manages BMF Urban - Battersea Power Station - London.

Over the years Gaz has successfully helped countless people transform their physiques and improve their health which is something he feels extremely passionate about. Gaz has a no-nonsense approach towards fitness and nutrition, with specialist knowledge in nutrition, strength and conditioning, and mindset.

An ex-member of Team GB, Gaz is a National Taekwondo Champion and has competed in semi-pro MMA competitions. He’s also been featured in a number of fitness magazines.

Glenn Parker (right) is an ex-serviceman who spent four years serving within the 3rd Battalion, Parachute Regiment. With extensive fitness and personal training knowledge, Glenn has over 18 years of experience as a Personal Trainer at one of the UK’s most exclusive and leading private PT companies.

Delighted to be part of BMF, Glenn upholds the same values delivered by the company. His dedication to helping individuals progress towards stronger and healthier lives through physical training and nutrition perfectly aligns with BMF’s training ethos.
