Francis Ezie
Francis Ezie knows what it takes to get results. With a background in Biomedical Science, he understands the body inside out. His passion for fitness grew after losing a family member to cancer. He joined the Royal Air Force (RAF), serving for six and a half years, competing in Powerlifting, Track & Field, and Bobsleigh. After leaving the RAF, he became a Level 3 REPs-certified trainer and has helped over 300 clients transform their fitness. He has also trained celebrities like Bear Grylls and Vogue Williams and learned from world-class coaches, including Ben Prentiss. Francis believes fitness should be fun, effective, and empowering. His mission is to help people get stronger, leaner, and more confident - without the gym intimidation.

Routes 156, 211, 344, 436 - From Pump House Lane (off Battersea Park Road) - nearest stop "Battersea Power Station". Cross the road to the entrance at Pump House Lane, and walk along the pedestrian route to Circus West Road (10 mins).
