The Train Anywhere philosophy is delivered through our flexible training systems which allow our franchisees and their teams to train people in large groups, small groups, 1-on-1 through personal training and online. They also provide the ability for franchise owners to operate across all areas in their dedicated territory and expand into new locations.
We provide a clear roadmap that enables BMF franchise owners to start, grow and scale their business through our flexible training systems.

Outdoor Training System:
Our Outdoor Training System is the most accessible route to get into business. With a low-capital investment and operating costs our Outdoor Training System is quick to launch.
Through taking a vehicle and rucksack to parks and green spaces, franchisees and their teams can deliver our expertly developed programmes in the purest of environments.
Mobile Training System:
The Mobile Training System significantly enhances outdoor training, bringing new workouts, new equipment and a new experience to members. This is the first military inspired Mobile Training System with patented technology and the latest heart rate monitoring.
Urban Training System:
Our Urban Training System is becoming increasingly popular with our franchise owners. In addition to BMF Urban in Battersea, new Urban locations are set to open imminently in St Albans, Letchworth, Hampstead Heath and Crystal Palace.
BMF Urban is the ultimate in training sites and provides a great member experience 365 days of the year with the latest group training, PT and small group programmes. The Urban Training system brings a whole new level of experience, attracting an even wider audience of exercisers.
BMF AT HOME:
All of our training systems combine with BMF AT HOME to complete the Train Anywhere model. BMF AT HOME delivers a full timetable of the very best live stream BMF workouts using the latest technology. It's exclusive to BMF members who get to workout with our diverse team of BMF Instructors and special guests from around the UK & USA from the comfort of their own home, or anywhere they choose.
