New Year, New You? You're not alone, but so many people quit their diets and exercise regime within weeks. So much of this is down to boredom, lack of motivation or going on faddy diets where you're eating 'rabbit food' - all of which are not sustainable or enjoyable.

Hopefully by now you've given BMF a go at one of our 140 locations, but what about diet? We’ve been working with BMF partner and renowned nutritionist Ben Coomber - broadcaster of the #1 Health and Fitness podcast in the UK – “Ben Coomber Radio” and he's created two fantastic plans to help get you on track and (perhaps more importantly) achieve your goals.

He’s put together two fitness and nutrition programmes for us – ‘Fat Loss and Health’, and ‘Performance and Recovery’. These programmes are designed to help create sustainable changes within your life – not just a short-term fix.

It’s not just about losing weight. Ben covers everyday lifestyle challenges that many of us face – stress, sleep deprivation, and how to achieve your goals. Once you've learnt the key principles around nutrition you can throw away quick-fix programmes and one-off books and instead you'll be able to make your own smart, informed choices based around your own education in the fundamentals of nutrition.

 

Each course has 12 chapters. These are delivered through video presentations by Ben, colourful PDF articles and mini quizzes.

Q. Is this programme for me?

A. If you’re looking to improve your general health and well-being, lose fat and trim up, then this is for you. You’ll be given the tools and knowledge to build a 12 week plan that is specifically catered for you – not an ‘off the shelf’ diet.

Q. What makes this different from other fat loss programmes?

A. Through this journey Ben helps you identify what works for you personally - rather than a ‘one size fits all’ approach. Certain foods will have different effects on different people. Ben will help you identify which foods make you feel great, and those which make you feel sluggish.
