BMF’s Human Performance programme is supporting Army recruits prepare for their future careers. The programme delivers a wide range of training resources that cover fitness, mental resilience and health. Bear Gylls is the programme ambassador and on Monday the 11th of January, Bear delivered the first of his live sessions on fitness and mental preparation.
The recruit candidates were given a unique personal training experience from Bear, which was delivered direct through the programmes digital platform that enables 2-way interaction. Candidates were given an opportunity to ask questions and glean everything they could from Bear and the highly experienced BMF team.
