BMF incorporates the latest military methodology combined with cutting-edge training programmes to deliver results-driven workouts. These aspects are deeply rooted in a community fitness, so we can provide a fun yet challenging workout. The workouts are tailored to all abilities and the BMF community here is thriving and welcomes newcomers, whatever your fitness level, with open arms.

Meeting Point

Venue details

The park can be reached from Wellington Way/Sopwith Drive (off Brooklands Road B374 or Byfleet Road A245). The meeting point is in the car park in front of the kids' playground at the south of the park accessed from Sopwith Drive.

The park gates are locked in the evenings during winter so please park in the supermarket car park over the road, the gates will be open for the Saturday and Sunday classes.

Public Transport

Bus: Use the regular bus routes to Tesco and M&S.
Train: The nearest train station is Byfleet and New Haw and is only a 5-minute walk to the park

Gareth started working for BMF in 2012, a former regular and reservist soldier he is a level 3 PT specializing in run coaching and injury rehab. Gareth has been a manager in a multitude of parks across the country also delivering and developing the corporate division of BMF.  

He is a keen mountaineer if he is not cutting around the parks cracking his bad jokes, he’s up a mountain somewhere. Watching members grow and develop across all abilities is what gives him the ultimate job satisfaction.
