Due to COVID-19, outdoor classes have a limited number of spaces, therefore please make sure you book in via the app.

About Alexandra Palace

Alexandra Palace is a formidable setting with steep inclines leading up to the massive centre piece of the palace itself. Within the park there is a boating lake and children's playgrounds as well as numerous benches; perfect for a huge variety of exercises.

BMF incorporates the latest military methodology combined with cutting-edge training programmes to deliver results-driven workouts. These aspects are deeply rooted in a community fitness, so we can provide a fun yet challenging workout. The workouts are tailored to all abilities and the BMF community here is thriving and welcomes newcomers, whatever your fitness level, with open arms.

At BMF we are concerned about our carbon footprint, therefore we deliver our workouts in the most sustainable environment available.

The nearest post code is N22 7AY.

Wherever you may be in North London, Alexandra Palace is so easily commutable with Wood Green Station lying less than a mile away, whilst East Finchley or Turnpike Lane are just over 1.5 miles far from the park.

Bus: Take the W3 bus from outside the station to the main Palm Court entrance

Tube: Wood Green is the nearest underground station on the Piccadilly Line. Exit Wood Green Station and go to bus stop A to pick up the W3 bus up the hill to Alexandra Palace.

Rail: Alexandra Palace has its own British Rail Station, located at the Wood Green entrance to the Park. A regular train service runs direct from Moorgate (weekdays only) or from Kings Cross, changing at Finsbury Park.

Jeremy Bearder

Jeremy Bearder

Jeremy (Jel) joined BMF in March 2008 after serving in the Junior Leaders Regiment Royal Artillery and the 3rd Regiment Royal Horse Artillery. In that time he served in the army in Germany, Cyprus, Canada and the UK.
He also represented his Regiment in Football, Rugby and Athletics becoming Junior Army Discus champion.
He also enjoys skiing, tennis, and was a world record holder for almost 2 weeks. Apparently there is an interesting story behind that, but you have to turn up to his parks to find it out.
Jeremy loves working outside in the parks and watching peoples attitude to life change when they join BMF.
