BMF’s Human Performance programme is supporting Army recruits prepare for their future careers. The programme delivers a wide range of training resources that cover fitness, mental resilience and health.
Since launching BMF Human Performance we have received a lot of amazing feedback featuring how we have helped many different candidates to feel stronger and fitter for their Army Assessments.
WHAT IS HUMAN PERFORMANCE?
BMF Human Performance is a platform which is designed to help Army Candidates use to pass their assessments. There is a wide range of content on the platform, these including weekly live workouts. The feedback we have received from the live workouts have been great, and this shows how they are helping to build strength to help candidates pass.
BECKY'S SUCCESS STORY.
Feedback from Becky Bjorkman gave us great insight into how the platform can help with certain areas when preparing for the Assessment Centre:
“I completed my assessment today and I have passed! I got level 9.9 on the bleep test (the highest I've ever gotten), 2.7 on the ball throw and 90kg mid-thigh pull.
Every session has been amazing, and all the trainers have all been so helpful and encouraging. The sessions have really pushed me physically and I have seen such a positive result both in my physical ability as well as my mental resilience. This platform has helped me so much and I can't thank you enough!
BMF has a huge community feel to it, I have felt so welcomed and they offer so much which has helped me to achieve my goals."
