Gained weight over the summer holidays? You’re not the only one. In a recent survey we ran, it was revealed that one in four people in the UK believe their summer holidays are responsible for weight gain. You didn’t get there alone, so why face the weight loss journey alone? We're promising exercise novices free introductory group fitness sessions on 19th / 20th September, guaranteed to be fun and effective at shifting those additional summer pounds.
We know all too well how intimidating starting an exercise regime can be, so for one weekend only, we're showing our softer side with a weekend of free beginner-focused sessions aimed at motivating those who are new or returning to exercise.
Research has proven that if you start an exercise regime alone, the general dropout rate is about 43%, whereas if you train in a group environment, that figure lies around the 6% mark. Our inspiring group sessions are led by serving or former members of the Armed Forces, and are a fun, effective way of getting fit with like-minded people. With the encouragement of our expert instructors, you can train in pairs or in groups, with the sessions designed for complete fitness novices or those looking to make their exercise routine more effective.
