...so Jeremy Bearder, Park Manager at Finsbury Park has some top press up tips to prepare Hellard; should he ever come face to face with Dante again.
1. Move your hands closer together
2. Ensure your toes are tucked right underneath your shins
3. Keep your body in a straight line
4. Slowly lower yourself down, then it's an explosive movement back up.
5. Ensure your elbows are going straight back, rather than out to the side
