Our Boxfit classes offer great variety to our normal military fitness classes. These sessions are led by our BMF instructors who specialise in delivering boxing style sessions.

Boxfit classes are just as fun and challenging as our normal sessions and provide variety to the sessions. These classes are non-contact and involve working in pairs with boxing gloves and focus pads. The instructors will spend time teaching you basic boxing techniques on how to improve your stance, movement and punching, before moving onto some fun and challenging boxing drills that will get you sweating and leave you smiling.
