Nick has been involved in sport and fitness for more than 20 years as a rugby player and as a swimmer, competing at the county level and for national selection, whilst also working and training in both gyms and outdoor fitness environments.  As a qualified Fitness Instructor, he now enjoys supporting members individually or as part of a group workout.

"Exercise in one form or another has always been part of my life.   Engaging with people looking to work on their fitness is a very fulfilling thing to do and with the range of sessions we provide there is something for everyone.
The group of people we have training with us in Abington Park is just amazing.  Whilst myself and the other instructors create workouts that are both testing and fun for those of all abilities,  the members are a supportive and welcoming bunch that also make the park a great place to work on your fitness.

We are lucky to have Abington Park as a place to train.  It's natural slopes and widen open spaces provide a great environment and it even has a cafe for a quick coffee after a session. "
