Blackheath is a world famous, iconic London landmark with fantastic views overlooking the City of London. With its varying terrain, Blackheath offers a challenging and invigorating BMF experience not to be missed!
Possibly one of the best parks in London for running, Blackheath and Greenwich offer various hills and flat sections to work on your strength and stamina!
BMF incorporates the latest military methodology combined with cutting-edge training programmes to deliver results-driven workouts. These aspects are deeply rooted in a community fitness, so we can provide a fun yet challenging workout. The workouts are tailored to all abilities and the BMF community here is thriving and welcomes newcomers, whatever your fitness level, with open arms.
At BMF we are concerned about our carbon footprint, therefore we deliver our workouts in the most sustainable environment available.
All sessions (apart from weekdays at 9.45am) will meet OUTSIDE the park, opposite the Blackheath entrance to Greenwich park on Duke Humphreys road. The 9.45am class will meet inside the park, 200m down from the Blackheath entrance to Greenwich park, on the right hand side by the tree stump. This is due to parking restrictions and park closing times.
