About Battersea park

Battersea Park boasts 200 acres of ground to play with and houses some of the more interesting features of the South London parks. Whether you are running along the picturesque kilometre long Thames promenade or taking part in a circuit next to Peace Pagoda, you can rest assured there are plenty of features for you to admire.

Our instructors will regularly make use of the steep inclines for hill sprints, as well kettlebells, slam balls, power bags and boxing gear to add an edge to your training.

BMF at Battersea Park offers one of the most exciting and diverse outdoor workouts you can find utilising an exceptional variety of equipment and gear all the while taking place on one of the most picturesque parks of the capital. Remember, this is by no means just another ordinary workout, you will be thrilled as you will be energised and motivated to keep going!

"Learning and giving value back where possible is second nature to me. 

Having done a degree in Biomedical science, I embraced the life of fitness when I lost a close family member to cancer and went on to join the Royal Airforce where I worked for 6 and a half years.

Whilst there, I competed in the sport of Powerlifting, Athletics (track and fields), and decided I fancied myself as a Bobsleigh athlete - which led to me being selected to take part in an RAF team training camp in Austria in 2018. 

After leaving the RAF, I decided to take my passion for fitness a step further and got my REPs level 3 qualification and have worked with a variety of clients since then, taking pride in the fact that I have been able to get them to their goals in as little time as possible without failing. 

Personally, I am partial to making fitness fun and enjoyable, training anywhere using minimal equipment."

Qualifications: REPs Level 3. 

Apprenticeship with world-class coach Ben Prentiss in Stamford, Connecticut. 

Poliquin’s System of Metabolic Analytics in Atlanta, Georgia. 

Poliquin’s Mastery of Programme Design and Structural Analysis in Prague, Czech Republic.
