FRANCIS EZIE

FRANCIS EZIE

"Learning and giving value back where possible is second nature to me.

Having done a degree in Biomedical science, I embraced the life of fitness when I lost a close family member to cancer and went on to join the Royal Airforce where I worked for 6 and a half years. Whilst there, I competed in the sport of Powerlifting, Athletics (track and fields), and decided I fancied myself as a Bobsleigh athlete - which led to me being selected to take part in an RAF team training camp in Austria in 2018.

After leaving the RAF, I decided to take my passion for fitness a step further and got my REPs level 3 qualification and have worked with a variety of clients since then, taking pride in the fact that I have been able to get them to their goals in as little time as possible without failing.

Personally, I am partial to making fitness fun and enjoyable, training anywhere using minimal equipment."

Qualifications: REPs Level 3.

Apprenticeship with world-class coach Ben Prentiss in Stamford, Connecticut.
