Bootcamp fitness in Leeds - Roundhay Park

About Roundhay Park

Roundhay Park is often referred to as one of the largest municipal parks in Europe! Hundreds enjoy training with BMF at Roundhay Park and have done for many years. There are hills, walls, endless pathways and fields, as well as a great team in place to push you as hard as your bib colour dictates. In addition to the three running clubs each week on offer, the team utilise military kit, logs, medicine balls, and other pieces of kit to ensure members are pushed to their limits and reach their goals. Not forgetting the infamous social events led by Dave Burke, the Park Manager.

Park Manager
David Burke

David served for five years in the Royal Artillery touring Bosnia, Eastern Europe, and the Arctic Circle. He started as a BMF instructor in 2008, became a Lead Instructor within nine months and a Park Manager of three venues in under two years.

Today he still loves running classes at his three parks, and also regionally manages venues in south Leeds, Bradford, and Harrogate.  His passion for BMF can only ever be equaled by his tons of experience and relentless enthusiasm.

When not charging around the park shouting for hours on end David can be found training for his next adventure race, throwing heavy weights around in his local gym or further developing his knowledge.
