I started my own fitness journey at school, not feeling confident with my body or fitness levels. However, with a specific goal in mind (joining the forces), personal determination and with the help of a training partner I was able to take control and overcome those mental barriers. This experience has hugely informed the way I support others with fitness.
I have 7 years of military experience under my belt, developing my skills and attitudes towards fitness. As a current Physical Training Instructor in the British Army and just over two years as a BMF instructor, I am in touch with up-to-date fitness training techniques, and physical development strategies.
My goal is to help you to feel good, learn to love exercise and have fun whilst doing it!
Price: £40 per hour session. £360 for 10 sessions.
